Terms & Conditions

1.  Weekly prices and availability can be found on this site. Short breaks from two nights are  also available throughout the winter months or at short notice during the summer months.

2.  Generally weekly lets run from 3.00 pm on Saturday to 10.00 am the following Saturday.

3.  Provisional bookings can be made by telephone or email and these will be held for five days. Click here to send an email.

4.  Confirmation of a booking will require a completed Booking Form and a non-refundable deposit of 20% (or full payment if it is less than six weeks to the date of your holiday).

5.  The full cost of the holiday is due six weeks before the start of the holiday.

6.  Upon receipt of a completed Booking Form and deposit, the booking will be confirmed, and a receipt and directions on how to find us will be sent to the address given.

7.  Cheques are to be made payable to A J Williams. Money orders or bank transfers in £ sterling and payable to A J Williams are acceptable from overseas visitors, but credit cards cannot be accepted unless using Paypal (a link is available on the booking form).

8.  Only duvets, bed linen and towels are supplied.

9.  Sorry, but pets are not allowed.

10. No smoking is permitted within The Little Barn.
